Andrea Bernstein, OD

Dr. Andrea Bernstein received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1991 from SUNY College of Optometry and is licensed in the states of NY and CT.

In addition to general optometry, Dr. Andrea's specialties include bifocal contact lens evaluations and fittings, as well as other hard to fit contact lens patients. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis of ocular disease secondary to systemic health conditions such as hypertension, vascular disease, thyroid disease, and diabetes. She is licensed, to the fullest extent of NYS law, in the treatment of ocular disease including, but not limited to red eyes (conjunctivitis), lid conditions, dry eye, herpetic eye disease, and glaucoma.
